General Points
Posture
Standing, sitting or lying postures. are all acceptable: Relax oneself naturally. Eyes may be closed or half-way between. Three Lines Relaxation
-
-
Divide the body into three lines. The first line refers to the head, neck, shoulder and the lateral aspects of the upper limbs. The second line is the face, neck, chest, abdomen and the anterior aspects of the lower limbs. The third line is the head, neck, back, lower back and the posterior aspects of the lower limbs. In qigong practice, while saying "relaxation" silently, relax the first line from top to bottom, then relax the second line and the third line one by one. Repeat the procedure 3~5 times, combined with the natural breathing.
