Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang (Invaluable Prescriptions for Emergencies)

【Preparation】

 Grind Semen Sesami Nigrum (Heizhima) steamed and sun-dried black sesame into powder. Pound jujube into a paste. The amount of black sesame is double of that of Chinese jujube. Pills are made from the paste.

【Usage】

 Take 10g twice daily, once in the morning and once at night, It can be taken constantly.

【Action】

To reinforce the kidney and spleen, and nourish hair

【Indications】

 Greying hair.
