 Shi Liao Ben Cao (Materia Medica of Diet Therapy)

【Preparation】

 Grind almonds (Semen Armeniacae Dulce (Tianxingren)) into a paste and mix it with egg white.

【Usage】

 Apply it to the face at bedtime and wash it off with wine the next morning. Repeat the practice daily until dark spots disappear leaving a smooth face

 To clean the face and remove spots
