Emperor Kang Xi of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)

- Emperor Kang Xi (1654-1722) was the second long-lived emperor in the Qing Dynasty
- Simple life, keeping away from women, practicing riding and archery, and being broad-minded were the means for health care of him.
 
He had two meals a day without any snacks, and kept away from tobacco, alcohol and areca. He did not take any tonics and massage.

Exercises, swimming, and hot spring bath helped him keep fit.
