| Indications |
Yin deficiency in the lung and kidney, manifested as dry cough with expectoration of scanty sputum or blood-flecked sputum and dry sore throat, in addition, used for spontaneous pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis, seminal emission, diabetes, atrophic rhinitis, lung cancer, etc.

| Usage and Dosage |
Oral administration: Water-honeyed pill: 6g or 1 big honeyed pill each time, twice a day; Concentrated pill, 8 pills each time, 3 times a day

| Precaution |
Avoid smoking, wine and eating spicy food. It is not suggested to prescribe to those with cough due to wind-cold, dificiency of the spleen and stomach and poor appetite, abdominal distension, loose stools, and profuse sputum |
