Indications

Common cold with fever and headache, pain and stiffness of the nape, thirst, diabetes, measles with inadequate eruptions, acute dysentery or diarrhea, in addition, used for angioneurotic headache, cervical spondylosis, periarthritis of shoulder, gouty arthritis, acute rheumatic fever and sunstroke

Special Usage

Unprocessed ones are used to subside fever, promote eruptions and fluid production. Roasted ones are used to raise yang and stop diarrhea.
