| International Congress Integrative Medicine (ICIM) |
Up to now, two sessions of the ICIM have been successfully held.
The 1st ICIM was held at the Beijing International Convention Center on October 27th, 1997. Extensive experience was accumulated on the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in terms of theory, clinical practice, education, policy and administration. This was the first time China held such a congress, while more than 1,000 scholars from home and abroad attended the congress.
The 2 ICIM was held in Beijing on September 24th, 2002 with over 1,000 participants from 27 countries and regions. The theme of the congress was “to promote integrative medicine and human health worldwide, and to stress harmonious integration and creative development.” |
