| A study on multiple organ failure was carried out by Wang Baoan, et al at the Liver Disease Reserch Center , Beijing Friendship Hospital over the last 20 years. This clinical study on severe infection complicated by multiple organ failure treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine won the 2nd place of the Scientific Advance Awards issued by the State Administration of Tradtional Chinese Medicine in 1990. “The Study of Acute Infection Complicated by Infectious Multiple Internal Organ Insufficiency Diagnosed and Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine” won the 2nd place of the Scientific Advance Awards of Traditional Chinese Medicine, issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1999. |
